Municipal hydraulics Unimog U 5023

The basis for this conversion was a highly off-road Unimog U5023, which was equipped with dual-circuit municipal hydraulics. This includes six plug-in couplings in the front area, two spreader connections on the right side of the vehicle and an ergonomically adapted joystick control in the driver’s cab. In close cooperation with the MBS division of DaimlerAG, NEV led the conversion carried out by F&B Nutzfahrzeugtechnik. In addition to the design development, the focus was particularly on project management, coordination and communication with the responsible department at DaimlerAG and F&B Commercial Vehicle Technology. Two other vehicles have now been given the same conversion.
